TRC3318 Drive Shaft Bolt Kit for the 2012 to 2016 Volkswagen Amarok 2.0 TDI 4motion

The CV shaft bolts must be replaced after removing driveshafts. This kit covers a single side of the vehicle so 2 kits are required if removing both driveshafts.

Each kit contains 6 x Small Bolts and 1 x Large Bolt.

Preparation Instructions:

• Remove Front Drive Shafts
• Remove Shock Absorbers.

Installation:

• Replace bolts ensuring threaded cavities are sufficiently cleaned of debris.
• Bolts are strictly single use only and must be torqued as follows.

Torques:

• 6 x Small External Bolts: 50Nm + 90° Extra Rotation
• 1 x Large Internal Bolt: 150Nm + 180° Extra Rotation
• Re-assemble shock absorber and front drive shaft assembly.
