SuperPro Warranty
SuperPro stand behind their products with one of the strongest warranties in the suspension business. If you have a claim, please come to us — we handle it for you.
What is covered, and for how long
| Product | Warranty period |
|---|---|
| Polyurethane products | Lifetime |
| Metal products, end links and ball joints | 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first |
In SuperPro’s own words:
SuperPro offers a lifetime warranty on all Polyurethane products and a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty on all metal products, end links and ball joints. This warranty covers the cost of replacing the parts in the case of manufacturing defects, material defects and is subject to a Fair Use assessment.
So the warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects, and what it provides is replacement parts. Every claim is subject to a Fair Use assessment — that is, whether the part has been used and fitted as intended.
Full terms
The warranty is SuperPro’s, and the conditions and exclusions that apply to it are theirs to set. The complete and authoritative terms are published by the manufacturer at superpro-suspension.com/uk/lifetime-warranty — please read them alongside the summary above.
If anything there is unclear, or you are not sure whether your situation is covered, ask us — we would far rather answer the question than have you assume either way.
How to make a claim
Contact us directly. Please do not approach SuperPro or any other supplier — we raise and manage the claim on your behalf, and going elsewhere first only slows it down.

To help us deal with it quickly, please have the following to hand:
- Your order number, or proof of purchase
- The part number concerned
- The vehicle it was fitted to, and roughly when it was fitted
- Approximate mileage covered since fitting
- Photographs of the part in question — these settle most claims far faster than a description does
We will tell you what happens next and whether we need the part returned for assessment. Do not pay to send anything back until we have asked you to.
This is separate from returns
The warranty covers a part that has failed in service. If you have ordered the wrong part, changed your mind, or a part arrived faulty or damaged, that is a return rather than a warranty claim — see Returns & Refunds, which is usually quicker.
